I had receiver a call from someone who have me this phone number to call: 888-281-3823
 When I called the number, a lady claim that a civil law sue was filed against me for u payment. She told me my first 5 numbers of social and asked for the last 4, to confirm it was me.  She also knew my old address. She claimed that I acquired a ViSA Credit Card since 2007.  When I told her that I was incarcerated in 2007 until 2015, she was surprised.
