Got a fraudulent charge from Enhanced Services Billing, Inc.

I got charged on my dads home phone and I have never even heard of this service. What do I do?

stole my name through my yahoo account from completing another form they hack into your internet activity and you must be a listed phone number because they get your email account and name  and from there they get your address and phone number

you must put a 3rd party block on your phone after you receive a credit in the meantime while you wait for the credit put it in dispute with your telephone company

Enhanced Billing Services charged my Father $31.69 per month for services from Network Assurance Inc and Email Discounts LLC for fax and email accounts and he doesn't even own a computer.   They said he had signed up and I told them that was a blatant lie.   Called both companies to cancel and am not paying the charges(they were included in our AT & T bill).  
Be vigilant!

This is the 2nd time this company has tried to put a $16.00 plus charge
on my telephone bill. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and also with
my Illinois Attorney General's office for fraud.
