They call my senior citizen 82 year old Mother and told her that she hasn't paid her bill in months. That they were ready to cut off her electric. She panic and call me right away and I called the phone number. Someone answered I asked to speak to their manager and put me on hold and never picked up again.

Yes, they did the same to my mother in law.  Thank God she called me right away. They want $200.00 and if not all her electrical will catch on fire!  How dare they do this people, especially senior citizens.

Me llamaron en español, un tal Jonathan De Jesus dice do que mis servicios serian cortados. Me dio instrucsiones que fuera a comprar una tarjeta. Hable ala policia y no peden hacer nada. NO CREAN AH ESTAS PERSONAS!

Left no message. Just another annoying scam. They are targeting senior citizens on that phony cut off your electricity scam. They've also spoofed PG&E's toll free number. Don't pick up the phone.

Me llamaron, y me dijeron que el medidior electric estaba malo y que iban a quitar la luz el mismo dia, y que les pagara $400 para desbloquear la cuenta y posponer la desconeccion de la electricidad. Llo me di cuenta al instante que era un robo, llame al DWP y ellos no sabian nada de esto. Luego me llamaron y les dije que estaba en el banco sacando el dinero pero que solo tenia $300, y medijeron que estaba bien (Estaba jugando con ellos), ahora les llamo acada rato nada mas para molestar, y para hablar majaderia con Leah Gonzales. El numero directo para hablar con ellos es (888)288-5657. Les recomiendo que les llamen nada mas para molestar o putiar.

Me llamaron pretendiendo ser de PG&E indicandome qie tenia que remplazar el medidor de luz me exijieron hacer un deposito. Pretendi que lo haria y verifyque la informacion con PG&E. Despues de confirmar que era un fraude realize una queja con mi departamento local de policia.

I called them from a private number as they have called my mother's house saying the same stories as I read below and not even a few seconds after hanging the phone they redial my number.  I guess we need to be more careful, now I'm afraid of even making payments over the phone.

Me hablaron de la compania TXU Energy pretendiendo que mi medidor de luz no estava sirviendo y que tenia que ir a comprar un papel verde que se llama Green Dot Money Pack de $287.30 al Dollar General o Dollar Tree que la cajera me lo daria o sino me cortavan el servicio. Pretendian darme un rembolso de $480 por segun aber pagado demas en previos biles. Exsijian que les diera informacion de mi cuenta de energia, hable con mi compania y verifique que ellos no me avian hablado. Fue un fraude.

CUIDADO...  ES FRAUDE
Me llamaron de "TXU Energy"  ..... diciendo que mi medidor estaba defectuoso desde Enero y que estaban cobrando de más el servicio de luz. Que teneian que reemplazar el medidor de inmediato, antes de que pudiera haber un siniestro o se me descompuciera algún aparato eléctrito. Que necesitaban un deposito de 271.33 dólares en una tarjeta "Green Dot Money Pack" o "Vainilla Reload Network" que venden en el Dollar Tree o Family Dollar, para un medidor nuevo bidireccional y con lectura satelital, les dije que mi hicieran el cargo al recibo de luz y se molestaron mucho, me pasaron con "el genente" Sr. Daniel Brown y me dice que es del "departamento legal de cortes y desconecciones".  Que mi servicio electrico está interrumpido y que si no hago ese pago en un término de 2 horas me desconectarán el servicio.   Total, despues de 4 horas y como 10 llamadas, aún tengo servicio de Luz...  
ES FRAUDE, NO CAIGAN, REPORTENLO.
 

TXU will be cut off if not paid  .   In spanish cut me off when I reported that this was a scam number also they gave me the 18008186132 number  Beware

Me acaban de llamar de este número.
Que el medidor estaba defectuoso.
Que tenía que comprar una tarjeta de Green dot de $230.
No lo validaron porque no era cantidad serrada!
Me dijeron que hora comprara otra de $200.
Les pesque la mentira porque sus voces se oían muy falsas.
Dieron el nombre John Smith, Kenia Martínez, y Daniel Brown

I cannot believe that these [***] have the nerve to do such things!!! they called my house saying that if we didn't make a payment that our electricity would be cut off and that our meter was defective, and that if we didn't pay to get someone out here to fix it that it was at risk of catching fire and that it was overcharging us! They called in espanol!!!! SON LOS MALDITOS ASAROSOS! Me da verguenza como una latina saber que hay gente tan mala de hacer cosas asi. Que Dios nos acompanen.
