This is from Continental Finance, who offer subprime credit rebuilding credit cards. Evidently, their website never works, and so they get people via late fees as well when they are unable to pay online. There is no email address, and they have limited hours to call and reach customer service folks. Stay away. It's not worth it. There are other, more reputable credit rebuilding cards out there that are not shady.

Calls multiple times per day - never leaves a message. Calls my husband and then me back to back. Annoying!

Continental Finance.    unable to call back on the number.   they call me 4 times a day.    i have never done business with them before so I requested they stop calling me.    However, I still received 2 calls within the last 4 hours,   Will file a complaint to the iowa attorney general.

Call me numerous times about payment when it's not even due and I have tried multiple times getting online and it never works so I always have to pay over the phone and they try charging me. I have cut this card up and as soon as it's paid off... no more.

As others have stated. This call is from Continental Finance aka Reflex Credit Card. Back when I was rebuilding my credit post bankruptcy, they offered me a card with a manageable limit. I closed the account once I got back on my feet financially. The interest rate was on the high side ofcourse, but I made my payments on time, and always paid more than the minimum.

The card has limited features, such as; not being able to use it for gas, etc... Not terrible though if you're in a financial bind.

You can use it for gas but it must be inside at the cashier

Our payroll hotline continues to get multiple calls.

Calls my cell phone multiple time each day.  Never anyone on the other end when I answer.  I had tried calling the number back without success

This number calls numerous times per day.  Never leaves a message.  I've answered when they call; no one is ever on the other end.  Finally stopped answering.

I answered and they would not respond to my multiple hellos. After about a minute they finally hung up.

I have an account with them and my account is always paid up to date. I do not use their website to pay my bill, instead, I pay with Bill Pay with my bank.

I pay them with Bill Pay from my bank...
