I want to know who is paying for this phone number and where they are located.

This number was being used by Penn Financial Services in Baltimore, Maryland, until about 2 weeks ago.  They had advertised in Dallas and Fort Worth Newspapers that they were a legitimate "loan company." I was supposedly approved and told to send them an application fee of $860.00. Every day for 6 weeks they said my loan should be in my back account.  Needless to say, nothing ever came and there is no one to answer the phone. By knowing who this number was registered to, I might have some hope of getting my money back. Sincerely
