Have received several calls from this number to my cell and when I answer it the message is in spanish. I want this to stop.

Received two calls in a row from this number only moments ago. I got a recording that said I was receiving a collect called from.... and then I could understand the person he was mumbling or muffled I did not accept the call. Then a recording came on and said that I did not accept the call from the Department of County Corrections. And yes is said it just the way I wrote it. Of course both times I hung up. When I called the number myself a recording came on saying Gongradulations you have reached the Reward Center so I hung up. I also called the phone company who could not help me other than to give me the national do not call number to make sure it doesn't happen again. 8005185517 open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard time.
