I received a call and message from that number today. Sounded like a scam - wanted to verify to do a process server thing.

Blocked number called - left a message with this as a call back number - wanted verification of address to perform a process serve. anyone have different info?

Got a message from this # to call them back. But they thought it was my daughter's #. Said they were with the Calhoun County Courts. Haven't  seen our daughter in about 6-8 years. Cut her off$$$ so she won't  speak to us. That's  another story. Reading other reviews, now I'm  not so sure it was the courts??? Wonder how they got my #, guess it's  not hard to get.

Got an unknown caller requesting a callback to this number. Stating they were with Douglas County. No State mentioned and mine doesn't have a Douglas County. Got a case number too stating that they tried to serve my address but it came back which is nigh impossible. Most likely this beginning to sound a lot like a fraud attempt to extort money from anyone that calls back.

They just called, scammers, they also rep Washington County OR?

Sounds like they're  making there rounds. We'll, they won't  get any money out of me. I looked up the so called case # with the court and there are none with that case # nor the name of who they're  looking for.

I have different info. This is a scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

I got the same message today .. it gave a lawyers name of John Stevens... gave a court case number and need to know my address .. it also said this message was for my name .. they even left a message on my parents phone as well ... it feel like it's a scammer ... they said my county but no state ... these people are just trying to get money out of people

Caller called private to me, a family member and a neighbor from childhood asking for me under my old married name, which I haven't been for 13 years. Left a message stating it was Tracy from our county processing service department. Stated that I needed to call them with reference number (7 digit number with 2 letters at the end). Court papers were returned and they needed a updated address to prevent them from handing it over to their lawyer's and to prevent further legal issues. Researched name and doesn't exist. Researched the phone number they left and found out that I'm not the only one they are doing this too. This number isn't tied to a legit business or firm.

It is also illegal to claim to be from a governmental office as well as claiming to be an attorney if they are not licensed.
