I got a call on my landline they was posing as someone from irs

Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

800-366-4484 called saying from IRS and threatened me with possible arrest,

IRS IMPERSONATOR: I got a call from a noisy call center, with some guy with a strong East Indian accent claiming to be an IRS Agent from Washington, and that they are going to sue me for deliberate (non-accidental) tax fraud for a period of several years (2008-2012).   Have called the IRS, to confirm that no issues exist with my account.  Have also reported them to the real IRS, i.e. to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) that handles IRS scams and impersonations.

Left a voice message claiming to be from IRS tax audit. Said to call 888 291 2845 if arrested.
