Its a debt collections agency that reports on credit. Mine was for hospital bills im to broke to pay.

Collections for an upaid medical bill. First I heard a recording and you have to wait for the bill collector to be connected.

This unknown number keeps phoning me around midday, when I've tried answering, there's never anyone there.  Annoying!

Calls me about a medical bill. I have Medicare and a supplement. That's 80/20. That equals100%. I express laimed it to the hospital way back and more than once. Heard nothing over a period of months and now have these call. I've  on disability for almost two years with a liver transplant and treatmets for Hepatitis C and a about to begin another round of triple therapy. I have so manly medical appointmets no job would keep me.

Phone Number Report for disturbance call from 888-303-1966: I've been on the do not call registry since September. This number calls my cell phone almost daily. This has been going on since September and it's now almost January 1,2014. This is a huge nuisance and disturbance.  When I answer,  no one speaks.  

Whoever it is loves to call at all hours (well, I will be honest here, at least not after 10 p.m. and not before 8 a.m.) - but will call repeatedly and NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE. Chicken s**t!

So many times I'm bothered with phone calls! Really terrible.

888-303-1966 calls constantly. No one there if I answer and never leaves a message. Learned from this site that it is a medical debt collector.

During the time they claimed I had this unpaid bill (4 YEARS AGO) - I was on State Aid Insurance.  No calls for 4 years!  Now calls me at least weekly - AT WORK!!

This number calls me every single day of the week!  I have them blocked on my phone, but it is annoying to see they keep calling!  I don't owe any hospital bills!

Received an unknown call.  Female left a message to call 888-303-1966.  I called back.  They asked for an account number.  I did not have one because I did not know why they were calling and they did not leave it on the message either.  Then she tried to look it up by my name, address and dob.  Nothing could be found.  When she looked it up under my phone number, it came up with an address I never lived at.  She asked to further identify with my social security number and I said no then she hung up on me.

I received a call.  It seemed shady from the start.  Immediately I asked with whom I was speaking with.  Not once would they tell me.  When I asked if they were an agency, they refused to tell me.  Then he said I had called them-and all I had to do, was tell him who I was.  I said; "Look, you called me, and begin asking me personal questions, never identifying yourself.  Again...who are you?  Who is calling me?"  Then they guy just hangs up on me.  He spoke like he was drunk too.  It was all highly unusual.

Answered call from 8883031966, kept saying hello as no one would respond. Then rude lady came on stating she was State Collections. I told her I never heard of that. She stated I was being recorded and she was from State Collections. I told her she was being recorded, never heard of State Collections, you must be a scam since you blocked your caller ID. I told her if she called again I would report them to the Attorney Generals office, FTC and FCC along with filing harassment charges. She hung up on me.

This number refuses to tell me who they are without me verifying my information. Sounds suspicious.

Don't know who this company  is and who looking for.

Stop calling my phone  don't know they looking for and I have blocked this phone number but it still comes through!
