I get this same call every single day saying the hello this is Richard Silver.....  then immediately an 866 # calls.   Like I will answer the 2nd time......

Hello, I just received a call asking for my father & they will not give me info., since I'm the emergency contact, I do billings & paperwork for my father...and that dude Richard Silver also leaves a recording, when we called back for that lady that calls herself Tania Willis, and we called her back, this other man answers and there is no Tania...What is going on? Someone should put a stop to this...very anoying

I get these calls also. Sometimes a name is said, othertimes not. This is my cell and it annoys the heck outta me to get these calls on a daily basis.

These calls have been coming for weeks, Richard Silver at  888 306 1309. My wife unfortunately answered it while in the middle of another call. "Andrew" was abusive and bullying say he could only talk to me regarding personal business. He got my wife to give him my last 4 digits of SSN. and he said oh, wrong person. My SSN info could have been what he was after....don't know.

Doesn't anyone know how we can put the law on these people? I want to do more than complain here.

These people keep calling me for someone with my sister's name but that lives in a completely different town and they are disrupting my life. I am reporting them to the BBB as well as lodged a complaint directly to the company.

Receiving unwanted calls from debt collection company for wrong person. Most calls ARE in normal business hours, none over night or on weekends however they are annoying

The gentlemans name is Alfredo Martinez.....ext 9294- I am filing several complaints starting with
Local consumer group, State consumer groups, BBB, ect...... they are not allowed to continue to call at work when asked not to!! That is Federal law...

someone needs to call clark howard to radio talk guy he will put an end to it. he has lots of personal connections that deal with this tye of B.S. and he cant stand harrassing calls like that he will stop them

There is apparently a deadbeat named Amy Vanzante from Oklahoma who used to have my phone number. It doesn't matter how many times I tell these [***] I don't know her, they still call. They just called at 8pm on Valentine's!

I keep getting a message from Richard Silver who calles from 888-306-1309. They called a month ago looking for Mary Young. My mom is Mary H. Young, not the person they are looking for. Now they just call and want us to call them back. They have the wrong person but continue to call us.

Mis-Leading Edge has broken just about every FDCPA Law on the books. They just keep calling and calling and calling. What a lame dick operation. Obviously they get paid by the poor people that get intimidated enough to pay them. My new approach is to just answer with GFY.

Get daily calls for at least three different people at all hours of the morning and night; repeatedly tell them they have incorrect information only to be contacted the next day. If it continues, I intend on taking this matter to the courtroom.

Got a call from the same number so on my phone I have Caller Block! Works great for all solication and calls like this. If your phone doesnt have caller block I would invest in one that does!

Don't give these clowns any information. A loser in Arkansas who happens to share my sons name owes money to just about everyone. A company like Leading Edge got some info from my son and now the Arkansas address is attached to my sons credit record. We have been spending a bunch of time trying to clear up that mess.
Do your best to wait these clowns out and run the free credit report just in case you have already become a victim.
