- JcReceived a "bill" saying they cancelled my services.
- Yvonne.I received two emails from this number claiming that my Norton Total Family 360 is expired and will be renewed at 349.76. I no longer have my account number and debit number on my phone for smart pay due to issues like this were hackers and scammers get your information via you phone service. This definitely has to stop. The number linked to the account for this renewal set us is the 1-888-310-8704 Linked to the refund and settlement Dept. that does not answer when called. Total fraud. These people need to get a real job and stop taking money, privacy and time from people that are actually contributing to society.

- KathyI got a letter from t-mobile stating I owed monies and that if I want to protect my credit I need to pay balance immediately. I didn't call said number. I looked it up and talked to t-mobile representative who told me to take letter to my nearest t-mobile store. I just did a class on fraud so I knew to be careful

- VixenI received two notices first one said I owe $150.00, then final notice claiming I owe $90.00. What happened to the second notice? Not to mention I switched from a post paid account to a prepaid account. I only had service for 20 days. Based on the final notice, my account has been deactivated, well this is news to me, as I did not know you could deactivate a prepaid account. LMFAO, GET REAL, this is reality now adays I look everything up, address phone number. I'm really going to give money to a stranger, when I only owe $75.00 nothing more, nothing less. Who are these scam artist, fraudulent fake con artist. How is this legal to harass honest tax paying citizens. They should be ashamed of themselves, they are about as real as a three dollar bill. You may be dismissed. Goodbye!

- MI NEVER had a T Mobile account. Nobody called me, I received a letter disguised as a bill saying I owe $349.75. However, I did contact T Mobile and it appears someone set up a fraudulent account approximately a month ago. Currently, I am on hold with T Mobile (50 minutes).
- BenA lot of people writing this off as a scam, which it very well may be. However, it seems that somebody actually did open a TMobile acct in my name. Check your credit report and report the fraud to TMobile if you're getting a paper bill.

- Susan altfilish replies to TrudyI got a similar letter saying I owe 214.72 but I have unlimited data, talk and text so obviously it's a fraud
- K MillerGot the same T-mobile impersonation fake bill in the mail. Has PROTECT YOUR CREDIT RATING in bold. Cheap paper and no t-mobile pink — just black and white. Mailing address looks correct, but the bold-face "Pay By Phone" number is this one.
- JohnI just got this in the mail. I never had T Mobile. Confirmed fraud!

- JSReceived a call earlier this week from stating that my T-Mobile bill was past due. Interesting because I don't have, nor have I ever had T-Mobile service. Checked mail a couple of days later and there's a letter from them in plain black and white text, almost appearing to be a photocopy, saying I owe $217.50. "PROTECT YOUR CREDIT RATING" appears at the top and to the right it says "Pay By Phone: 1.888.310.8471"
The addresses listed are PO Box 629025 El Dorado Hills CA 95762 (at the top) and on the detachable bottom coupon portion they list T-Mobile PO Box 742596 Cincinnati OH 45274-2596
Either way, I got T-Mobile's actual customer service number, called them and it turns out an account was opened in mind. They immediately acknowledged that this was a scam of some sort and that the fraud department would take this over and I will hear back in a few days.
Sounds to me like someone heavily associated with T-Mobile and/or Sprint is running this hustle. Do not be conned people. Check your credit report - Leonard LasiewskiThey are trying to collect $50 from me for a service I do not have.

I called the legit t mobile 877 number and verified the number on this letter is fraud. 1.888.310.8471 is FRAUD.
