Keeps calling stating they are selling perfume with a case # 517-00123.

Everyone else here received a debt collection call and now you are claiming that they told you that they were selling perfume?  Why would it have a case # then?

I sent them a message regarding their text on the "Oak Hill Management" website.  Website looked a little sketchy.  Received an email a short time later with a "Debt Verification" letter (form letter).  Their letter does not meet the CFPB requirements for debt verification.  A little closer look at their letter shows an address of 4500 Williams Dr, Suite 212-218, Georgetown, TX.  This is a UPS Store.  I highly suspect this is a SCAM!

Trying to get money

This company has called me everyday for the past week. I blocked them in spammed. I’m not sure who they are, but obviously they’re looking for money.

Got this message: “This urgent message from SVS is instead of our every catches and this is not the field or marketing calls your file as recently recently been placed in our office for verification and processing it is important that you contact agent as soon as possible in order to avoid any negative action regarding your file you will need to contact me agent today is number 888-311-7427 case number XXX-XXXX advice at all culture as a proof effort has been made notify you this is a time sensitive matter it is very important to hear back from you today in order to avoid any negative action regarding your file…”

You're mis-using the term jurisdiction there buddy. Also you're kind of a [***].
