Offered to do a home loan remodification. Was not able to find any web verification on the business. Did a search on the address, and it’s a virtual office that companies can use to make themselves appear prestigious. (Beverly Hills) NO info on Better Business Bureau.

Got the same call from a woman named,  Daisy Green. She said she had a proposal from Fannie Mae Flex program that would lower my interest rate and save $200 on my monthly bill. She sent a contract requiring 3 checks  for $875 each that would cover the trial period (November,  December and January) but after reading the contract,  just didn't seem right.   I did a quick look up on the internet and BBB. Couldn't find anything.  I called her and told her I couldn't find any info on her company on the web.  She said something about another company with the same name getting bad reviews and it was removed. Yeah right! So I told her to prove she was legit we could do a 3 way call with my mortgage lender.  She agreed to call me Monday at 1pm... I'm still waiting.  Total scan.  DON'T BUY INTO IT!!
