I am sick of these people calling twice everyday! They never leave a message and they rudely just hang up on me! Stop Calling!

these folks claimed to be Charter Business, but if they were, they would know who to speak to concerning our Internet and phone service. More than likely this is a company trying to slam us for some kind of service that they will then bill to Charter and try to get us to pay.

Update: I just called Charter Business Support, and this is NOT one of their numbers. The best way to deal with these folks is to tell them you will connect them to the boss, and then blow a sports air horn in their ear. What are they going to do, sue? "Your Honor, I was breaking the law and telescamming people and they tried to deafen me!"  Boo-freaking-hoo! Get a real job and stop being a scammer.
