Scamming loser (supposedly "Mr. Medina") left a typically stupid threatening voicemail.  The common theme of these idiotic messages:

*we have papers to serve you with so we need your home or business address (if they were really a process server they'd know where I live and work, I have actually been serve legal documents before.)

*often, though not in this case, they attempt intimidation by saying that if served at work then my supervisor or a security officer will need to sign as witness - also not true, purely meant to scare me.

*the typical threatening "You have officially been notified."  This means nothing, voicemail counts not at all.  If you have papers to serve me then serve me.  I'm not avoiding you but I'm also not going to call a scamming threatening moron that uses these tactics.

Left a number for me to call back but I don't find any reports on the number:  1-888-315-5960.  Caller ID showed 425-968-9004 so I filed this report under both numbers.

Called my work today saying had some papers to serve on me and his name was ( Mr. Medina ). I am not avoiding you, but I'm also going to call a scamming threatening moron that uses these tactics.

received 2 calls from Mr medina and sandra martin asking to call back to verify home address and work address to serve papers.
where are all these people coming from???? it is very disturbing.
