888-315-6152

Got a Message from Microsoft on my home computer and my lap top on different days, and there is a voice speaking telling me to call 888-315-6152 for support.  The message on the screen told me my computer was blocked due to a virus.  I called the number, but he did not identify himself as Microsoft.  He told me he could help me clear the problem if I used the window key and 'r' at the same time. I didn't do it.  It sounded fishy, so I hung up.  I ran my virus scanner for a full scan of my computer and there were no issues.
