My boyfriend just got a call from this number and asked me to look them up.  They said it is a law firm by the name Epstein & Rothman, which we just found out that it's a scam.

Yes...they called me at work and asked for my debit card information to just pay it off!!  How crazy it that?????  After doing some investigating....this is certainly a scam!  This is a Federal offense and I am keeping all records that I can of everything!  Hard to have a claim against a "scam" company though!!!  BEWARE!!!!  I also asked for some kind of invoice or something in writting to show how much I owed....they couldn't produce anything....scam scam scam..

The calls stopped but they just started back, does anyone know how to get them to stop calling?  And who can I report them too?

I got s scam call at the first of the year and they were callin me at work and home...they stopped for awhile and today I recieved a fax at work wanting me to sign it and fax back...   !DONT DO IT IT IS A SCAM!!  I contacted the attorney general, the FBI and everyone else I possibly could..they will catch them sooner or later.... BELIEVE ME THIS IS NOT REAL IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!

I got a voicemail on my cell phone asking for a Henry Bernhard.  Mentioning something about a Docket Number and a civil complaint in Montgomery county (PA). Both my husband and son are named that, only difference is the middle initial. I called back to find out what it was in reference to and they first disconnected me.  I called back and because I dared to ask who they were looking for they got nasty with me.  This is the same phone number they gave me.  The name given was Angela Williams, x 133, but when I asked for her, the lady that answered, said she was unavailable and gave me an attitude.

I got the same thing but i paid $250.00 already and they want more here are some some numbers they are calling from 1-954-302-8641    also 1-954-251-0252  along with the 1-888-315-6607.  I am a single mom of 3 i could not afford it but i was scared but know i am screwed sorry for my mouth but very down but just wanted to update numbers for everyone else they are still calling me and threating me for more money wow today is Septermber 30th 2011 how can they get away with this and what can we do about it?

I received a letter form the Epstein & Rothman lawfirm through a client named DJR Group LLC for a about a previous pay day loan they set me up on a settlement but continued to try to debit my account.. A SCAM!!

yea i just got a call from them the guys voice i didnt understand not one of them over seas people but a normal person anywho when i called back it said the At&t Virtual Voicemail client can not be reached yadda yadda i screwed up and have payed them a good bit till i saw all this on the web,ive asked several times for a written document from them havent recieved anything and they sent it to the finalization bored of the epstien and rothman firm bunch of crock is what it is,i was informed if they cant furnish paper work then i have nothing to worry about, if i dont recieve paperwork in the mail, NOT an email then to hell with em id suggest you all do the same , this is NOT a law firm and them calling them self one is even more of a lie they will get busted for this one way or another

okay one more thing, i left a message on that voicemail thing it was actually a AT&T virtual receptionist not voicemail anywho i called twice and then i get a call back from a 201 area code number from a normal number person sayin they just got a call from my number twice they had no idea what was going on, if this was a legit law firm why is there calls going to a personal cell phone let alone why would they make such a huge mistake in thier computers, yea screw them 888-316-6607

my office where i work receive a employment verification, and i call the numbers 1-888-315-6607 and talk to anthony misher and said i owe 472.50. and he said i need to settle it by the end of the month,or else they serve me  paper..
