caller didnt leave a name i could understand stating i was being sued for check fraud and then she listed what she said was the last 4 of my social which was not even close to my social.  fraud fraud fraud

What is going on these days... Scammers calling you at work, which is against the FDCPA!!!!! claiming check fraud!!

This company is pathetic and need to be shut down.  Got a call from them stating I owed a Cash Advanced place $1,757. LOL.. Little do they know cash adavance places only do payday loans up to 500. So the man named Tommy Wallace stated that the check I wrote was for $718. Another lie. He also stated that this was from 2007. Wow. I called up the place and said I didn't not owe them none of those amounts. Only $400. Which I didn't even know I owed casue I wasnt notified of any unpaid debt to them. Whcih is not a problem because I am paying to clear my name.  But anyway these people are FAKE, PHONY, AND FRAUD.  I asked them to fax me a copy of the check they claimed I wrote for $718.  He said ok. Still waiting that fax. Wont get it because no check was ever written for $718.00. Where did these people get $1,757 from? What is that their fee for collecting money.!!! Thesse people need to go to jail. I wanted to get the name and location of the company and they hung up on me. SMH.. If they were legit why wont they give their location? So people, if this company say you owe something tell them to send you something in writing, cause they are fake.

I was called on 10/26 and 10/27 by a man who identified himself as Investigator Perry at 888-315-8365 extention 320.  Left word for me or my attorney to call him back within 24 hours, or my case would be turned over to the courts for check fraud.  My heart began to RACE!  Thank you all for posting here!!!!

this number called and rolled over to voicemail - the message said i was being contacted to make a statement against a fraud allegation that was connected to my social security number and I needed to call them back asap at ext 200.

I have been getting these calls the few months now. they don't answer. who are they?

Received a call at my house about check fraud. Identified himself as Investigator Perry at 888-315-8365 extention 320.  I told him to leave his name, number and ext and I would be in touch with my attorney. Then I find on here all the crap is pulling on others. He said 24 hours or turned over to courts too. I would like to know the name of this company who is doing this. My number is unlisted and I would like to know how he got it. Besides being a complete jerk if he continues this I want to file harassment charges. Anyone know the company name?

Just recieved a call for my daughter said she was going to be charged with depository check fraud in 72 hours. ladies name was Elaine ext 107. My daughter has no checking account nor have any checks to cash as she is a stay at home mom. Said they name of the company wassometype of law service but know it was a lie seeing the responses here.

These people can call me until their face turns blue, however they just called  my mom today and hung up on her before she could get any info. I find it interesting that there is all this talk about these collectors, but we do not have physical addresses for them.  We have no info on their company. When they are confronted by the attorney's General office , they lie. I have 2 letters and you can't believe what they say.

How often did they call?  Have you received any information by mail from them?  I got a message from then too saying the exact same thing.  My heart is RACING, too --

Yeah, they called my dad, sister, neice, nephew, my ex-mother-in-law and everyone in my family tree!  Tell me!  I have not gotten any written correspondance.  Have you?  How do you know about their confrontation wioth the attorney general's office?  What was that about?  Leaving garbled messages you can't understand, no names and no references.

Answered to their call at 678-809-1484 x105.  The lady that answered the phone was rode, wanted personal information and would not give me a company name or reference of any sort and hung up on me after stating she was going to "file the claim".  What is this about?

Wow, what a joke!  These people called my husbands EX wife and said they were looking for him for check fraud.  I just called the number and they wouldn't give me, his current wife any information.  So, I then asked him for his mailing address and his fax number and business license number and he wouldn't give me ANY of that information.  I told him that I was going to call the FBI and turn them in.  I hope they can find their office since they don't have an address.  What company calls you and won't give out their address if they are owed any type of funds!  Well we all know that I wasn't going to pay them but turn them into the local police department for fraud.

Received call saying husband's social# was associated with a check fraud and needed to verify that they were willing to help him with this mix up for a fee......Totally freeked me out with all the idenity theft
going on now days at first thought might be something to it....but lucky me screwed my head on and found out all a scam.

I received a call on my office manager's direct line  stating there was a check fraud associated with my social security # too. I told them not to ever call my work again and I did not know who they were.I knew from the beginning it was a scam!

Just got a call today from phone #888-315-8365 and told there were fraud allegations that were received about my social security number. Haven't called them back yet, but glad I looked up the number.  Was told to call ext. 200.
