Someone call me

Caller named Vanessa Paul with Independent Processing left a message that a complaint had been filed against my name and SSN with her office and I or my attorney needed to contact the offices of David Kelly as they were the firm handling the matter and their number is 888-317-1772.  It would be in my best interest to resolve the matter immediately.  When calling reference pending docket number xxx-xxx.  She never really states what the legal matter is about.

I have had the same people calling me, they say they are from the Dallas County Processing & papers have been filed by attorney David Kelly, they don't say what it is in regards to or how I can reach them they just leave a call back number of 888-317-1772. When I call I have to leave a message for David Kelly. I looked up David Kelly attorney & this law office said they have had several calls saying the same. However, they told me that they had nothing pending against me. I also called Dallas County & spoke to several people & nothing has been filed & even did a online records search of the case number they left on my phone & there was nothing. So, I'm not sure who is calling me or even why~

I received a call from this number And was basically told by some rude individual That I was being sued for having a credit card From 2007 that was never pai be information on this kind of thing... so what will I do now asserted I know my right encounter harass them if they arrest mecause they claim I owe a credit cardd... this David Kelly told me that I was being sued and or charged with fraud what a clown he basically is trying to bully me into paying on a debt that was probably about $300 and I have a think they can get me for 3300...
He told me the paperwork is being filed in my county To sue me And then I needed to pay this debt... well darling the statute of limitations expired 2 years ago... nor are they entitled to any money from this debt... it was not their account to begin with they bought it con info on this thinginfoisumers you need to know your legal rights... the internet is full of info...try me fools please take me to court so I can countersue ....Jesus loves. U

Vanessa keeps calling my cell # for someone named Brenda Price. I am not this person, I do not know this person and I am getting sick of the calls. Called them back and left a message that I am not the person they are looking for and to please remove my number from her information. I have had this number for almost 3 years and the calls started about 6 months ago. What a bunch of SLIME BALLS!!!

Yea, finally this so called "ATTORNEY" David Kelly, finally called me back- he said I was being sued for what I owed on a CC FROM 2006! He said I owed them $400 & I will have to pay all the court fees totaling $1950, but that he could settle the matter now for $284.78! I was like ok what is your address? He was like no I can only take a CC#, he actually put me on hold & told me he was talking to some guy bout my case- However, when I ask him who is this guy & whats his number, he couldn't give me s%$t. I said I have NO idea who the hell you are & I'm not giving my CC#- I said that these [***] that keep calling my number leave me messages saying that court papers have already been filed & I said, however I called DALLAS COUNTY COURTS & they have NO records of any case against me & I also told his ass that I called the real David Kelly Law Firm in Ft Worth who has NOTHING pending against me & this law firm has had several calls regarding this guy who says he is David Kelly! He then replied by saying "Oh no the papers will be filled on Thursday, I told him I would call him later that day after I talk to my husband & he said I won't be here later & I said then tomorrow, he said I won't be here then either- I was like how come you don't know [***] bout anything, but you want people to just give you their CC#? I said who is it that is actually filing this case against me? HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW! He was like Gallagher Law Firm &  Nationwide Recovery Group & then it was Dallas County Processors- So, I find it funny b/c they were supposed to be serving me papers @ my house & I'm still waiting & I have yet to get a phone call from these people today!

Yea, I called this [***] again & ALL the messages that have been left by all these [***] calling me, each time they say contact ATTORNEY DAVID KELLY @ 888-317-1772- SO, I just got off the phone & he hung up on me b/c I said "your the attorney handling this case? & he said NO I'm not an attorney I'm the mediator for your case & I ask him for the information on who is suing me & he got SO MAD & HUNG UP ON ME! I have called him back bout 25x already leaving him several NASTY messages! THIS IS A SCAM HE IS RUNNING, REAL DEBT COLLECTORS WILL HAVE A CONTACT PERSON & THEY WILL KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE TALKING BOUT!

I turned the tables on this guy & I have called him so much that he is now saying he is going to call the sheriff on me! I told him I was going to call him EVERYDAY until he can come up with some information on what and who is suing me! He just calls me crazy and hangs up- he also has another number he is using 866-461-3015 & it is the same guy with the same recording! He is so PISSED that I keep calling & leaving messages that he is now cussing me out- So, I keep leaving him messages bout what a [***] he is for trying to scam people!

To Tina way to go that's awesome.... I've had the same Clown calling me over and over for this stupid debt he thinks that I'm going to pay him 30 $300 for that it was only 200 or 300 in 2007.... well here in Florida you can only have a debt for four years then the statute of limitations kicks in.... he told me he was David Kelly and his company was called litigators something I also asked for an address he told me to sit back and relax and wait for the summons I told him he was so full of [***] that he was ridiculous and then he [***] with the wrong person sure I've called him several times today leaving in psycho messages too I will continue to call him time after time just a mess with him he's got nerve trying to get money from the little people I say we try to figure out who this clown is and report him for fraud I'm going to see about the Attorney General tomorrow and the Federal Trade Commission is pretty serious about the stuff he is pulling......... show Tina continue to harass him if I will too I told him he would regret the day he messages me I can't find out the stadium is in he told me it was Arizona but he's obviously a straight liar.... this punk needs charge is fraud against him

I have called him so many times he thinks I'm psycho, He was calling me a [***], a hillbilly & would just hang up b/c he could not handle someone harassing him the way he is doing others- He has three numbers and all have the same message & he actually picked up all three numbers b/c I blew his phone up calling him back to back- 866-461-3015, 888-317-1772, 877-433-5509 you can reach this same dick at all three #'s- he said he was in Texas- he is a liar & the sheriffs office never called me & I have yet to get any court papers- The real David Kelly Law Firm in Ft Worth Tx, said they have received several calls from several ppl & they have yet to find out who this guy is. They said they have ppl from Iowa, California calling them b/c they never give any information on who is suing or any REAL contact numbers- I left him so many crazy messages even daring him to call me & telling him his mother was a [***] for having him, I told him he is a liar & scam! I told him he was too much of a [***] to pick up the phone b/c he has no clue what he is talking bout & I told him I was going to call him everyday & harass him like he has been doing others-

I got a call 2 days ago and today. Some fool said she was Tina calling on behalf of attorney David Kelly.wouldn't tell me any info but gave me last four of my ss#. Wanted me to confirm my personal info such as address etc... told her if she was legit then she would know my info I wouldn't need to confirm.  Then she got smart and said we already know where you live and work. I then told her she must be crazy if I'm going to give her my info and I don't know who she is. She then says are you still in the same county.  I again told her she should know if she was legit. They have called me several times over the last 2 yrs and with the same song and dance which I am not falling for. It is a scam .....same threats about papers will be served in a few days. Still no papers.....

this is the 2nd time i have gotten a call fron 1888-317-1772 telling me i am being sued with a case number in king county no info on what i am being sued for ......and i have 48 hours or they will enter a guilty plea for me due to lack of cooperation  a sarah blake claims she is a process servor for king county......wish these scam artist would be held to task .......why are they not investigated...??

i just started receiving calls from an unknown number telling me to call 1888-317-1772 about a claim filed against me i did call and spoke to a david and he could not give me any info but expects me to pay him money without producing any proof or why or anything ADVICE?? COMMENTS??? says i can be taken to court with a plea of guilty for not cooperating???

That is really strange because they caller said she was from the San Diego County Processor.  Truly a scame.
