This is Mr Cooper's Mortgage Co.  They are trying tonget us to re fi or spend more money now that our house is almost paid off.  We have asked them not to call,  but they continue.

Got a call this morning saying they were Mr. Cooper Mortgage Company and I qualified for the new rate reduction and something about my equity.  I asked what was the new rate and he could not tell me.  Then I asked another question about my account and he said give me some information so I can look up your account. Say what?!?!?!?  If you're callig me about my account then seems like you should have all the info you need in front of you.  Not getting this one babe. I immediately hung up

Just received this a call from this number on my work phone. No message left, I have a mortgage with Mr. Cooper that's almost paid off but this number does not match any of the "contact us"  numbers on their website.

My mortgage is almost paid off so they're trying to pull the same BS with me. Let it ring. Left no message. Number blocked.

Called at 9:00am on Sunday. Mr.Cooper, they bought out a bunch of mortgage companies. They hold the notes on two of my properties. I tell them I've filed for bankruptcy and they need to talk to my atty on record! That shuts them up real quick.
