Call for someone else, said they want to service them with legal papers.  Sounded like a scam.

Wanting to serve legal papers, SCAM

She said she is from Hamilton County dispatch division. She said her name is KIMBERLY Ross. I called Hamilton County Dispatch Division they don't have a KIMBERLY Ross. Officer gave me a number to call Hamilton County Sheriff's Office  I was told they don't do this sounds like a SCAM to him and contact the Attnory General's office.They new my address and where I work, and they will try to keep this out of court I can pay them. People don't give them your money

second time calling this time they used a different number. I hung up 3 times and they keep calling me back like the debt is really owed, barking out court threats if money is not paid. I hope nobody falls for it. it's a waste of time really.

I got a call they called my mother, sister and me. And said I owed a debt of $1100 and said I have to pay $900 to clear it and I committed fraud!  Told them to send me something in writing! They also knew my current address and said a sheriff would send me papers for court. They never came SCAM!!

As the others have listed- these folks are under investigation with the Ohio Attorney General Office. Do not give them any information. They are using a device to give a local sheriff or Police number. Total Fraud! Same name Kimberly Ross refers you to this number under threat of lien against your property. The State of Ohio is receiving 100+ calls a day about these folks per the county sheriffs office!
