Illegal Robocall claiming to be Merchant Services with blocked caller ID, call made to personal cellular at 6:00 AM

"Don from Merchant Services" called house phone at 11:24pm

Received the same message from "Don from Merchant Services" on main line of business phone after 10:00 pm. Second scam call from them. First was a recording, this was a person. Deleted!

Don claiming to be form Merchant Services with private number caller ID, call made to personal cellular at 5:08 AM. Left a voice message: "This is Don from Merchant Services calling to let you know I have an idea on how to avoid overpayment on monthly Merchant bill by having funds available quicker. ..."

Caller: Scammer

Pretty much the same story as above. "Don from Merchant Services" called and left a vm at 7:04pm on our main business phone. We have a vendor that refers to itself as Merchant Services, so I was almost fooled. But the lateness of the call and the 888 number made me wary. Glad to have found these other reports!

Same voicemail story as above to a property owners association cell phone. I do not recall the time stamp but the call came through on Monday, June 19th. If the caller calls again, I will note it.

Same as above, Don left a message on 6/21 with someone in my office, he claimed how he wanted to "keep from getting overcharged". Based on the above, I will not be calling him back.

Same as above, guy left a voicemail at 6:41AM... which legally they are supposed to wait until 8:00am to make calls. I just deleted the voicemail as it was obviously a robo caller because it was a partial message.

Don did not identify why he called but requested a return call to "see if our services would be compatible." Left a voicemail on my work phone number.
