Insisting a call should be made to them because a suspected adware or virus may have occured on my computer.  I did not call.

I also received a message stating a call be made to address a suspected virus that may have infected my computer. But
I didn't make the call. Seems very strange...

I did too this morning and I am having problems removing it from my computer

It's a damn scam......they place this pop box/message/recording, on your PC to scare you into calling, then tell you "they will run a scan and find the problem, and fix it for only.....$99.00 & we are cheaper than Best Buy's"....end of quote!!! I cursed them out and told them I reported the company to the state and I did :)

Just got this message on my computer I did speak to someone and tell somebody there was something  wrong  and when i said i do my homework on the computer he act like didnt care  he said turn off ur computer and turn it back on and it will go away but everybody knows that if u do that it activates the virus. They need to be shut down

My Aunt received a pop up on her computer stating she needed to call for technical support due to a virus. She called and the company is Technicion Inc. They must be registered in Canada but the representative is from India. They state that they are a Microsoft Partner. I have lodged a complaint with Microsoft. When she called she mistakenly gave them her home phone number and now the representative has called twice and left vulgar messages and is terrorizing her. Please don't make the same mistake. Do not call these people.

I received the same pop up this morning on my computer that I should call for tech suport because of virus on my pc. I did called and try to know who they are? They said the are just tech suport. This is a scam company, Please shut this company

Just got the same message pop up. When I acted sceptical the guy said "then just unplug your computer & take it to Best Buy." WTH???
