I got a call today and text message on Friday and a call from o private phone number on Friday. Today from unknown number he leaves a message on the phone stated that I have a file in their office and it's imperative that I get in contact with them and he has been trying to get in contact with me several times he stated.

I received a voice mail about a file with them last attempt to contact me never (never heard from them before) and they will return to company as non compliance and I will need to call the company to talk with them.  Nothing about what this is probably a scam

My relative got a call that I have a case and they will be picking me up from my house if they don’t get in contact with me. Pressed them for information. I don’t know who they are.

Recd a text stating it was most important that I call asap!

Also received a text message saying I am under investigation and my mother received a phone call requesting information about me. The man told my mother that I’m under investigation and he hung up when she asked for more info from him. Text from 201-733-2539, text said to call 888-317-9438

“_⁠_⁠_ following information is intended for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ my name is Rachel Clark contacting in reference to your complaint that's been forwarded to my office for a delivery to a residence on rainbow Ridge Circle dries verification of that location as well as years of ability is _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ it in a timely manner contact _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ for verify the mediately _⁠_ 888-317-8438 and _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ number is 334 Dash 00207…” This is the transcription from my voicemail.

The same thing happened to me! They know my social security number and dob. They called my mom and said they have a case filed against me??

It's strange this number had my ss# and dob. I was like wtf?

Must be some new thing. I got a text message regarding same stuff as above. If they have so much information on me or whoever why do I need to call and verify my location information??? Company Name RSI and it was text from 201-371-4297

A “litigation” firm. Claiming to come to my place of employment and subpoena me for an unpaid debt, of which I am unaware, from 2013. Has my SSN and DOB. Extremely sketchy.

Received the following text from 201-733-2672:  "This is a message from RSI regarding an open investigation pertaining to "My Full Name" to verify location information. Please Contact Issuer at 888-317-8438 and reference Case File xxx-xxxxx to prevent further escalation"

Ummmmm what investigation!!!??? This is seeming just a little fishy.

Sounds like the fake process server scam. REAL process servers don't call in advance.

Emma Watson called me and told me that she was filing a judgement against me and called my mother then continued to  be ugly and said she was filing a judgement. Im going to call tomarrow on a recorded line with an attorney and the police.
