got a call from this number didn't answer, left no message

Same thing here... Message shows on my phone but there isn't one.  Not bothering to call back. If they want me and know who I am, they will call back.

This is a call from Zip Cloud. I had an account with them once and cancelled my account. They continue to call and I continue to not answer. If they want something, LEAVE A MESSAGE!  Sales call I'm sure.

Just got one about someone using my computer, back up documents, etc...  hung up

I got a call from that number today 12/29/16 and like Syd mentioned it could well be Zip Cloud -- I had an account with them as well and canceled.  No message just a hang up -- anyway it's all "cloudy" to me at this point.

I received email about dire consequences if I didn't renew my subscription because the card I previously used expired. I called my Apple dealer and was assured that my data is still backed up on the Cloud and ZipCloud is unneeded malware. It's a sales pitch to make you think you need extra storage in case your hard drive crashes. The voice mail was to let me know my subscription was about to expire and I'd lose all of my files.

On 4/14/2017 I found  a charge on my bank statement for JDI*ZIPCLOUD-CC.com  888-3179315  MA 17103 and for $ 143.28. I don't know who this is and don't recall this payment either. Now that I see from above comments that it is fraudulent, I will dispute the charge. Thanks for the information. Carol, 7/8/17

Please Stop all de monney you take in my banck account. I would like to be refund for all the monts you toock. I never get the service and i still paying eaven if i told you months ago to stop.
