I was contacted by an "investigator" Russell and sd that a payday loan i took out two yrs ago which was  was  have included in a ch7 bankruptcy and discharged 2mos ago I even included the bank in my bankrutptcy. i told this man that I had a case nmbr and he tld me that it did not matter and I wld be prosecuted for check fraud and recieve prison time if I did not make pmnts mnthly. I'm not really sure but this sounds crazy if I filed a ch7 and filed because I was unemployed and had no funds to repay them wished I could but couldneven offered to have my wages garnished by them two yrs ago when i had a job. This man sd he wrks wrks out of North Carolina and Georgia. Has anyone received calls from chandler,mcnair and associates?

I received a call from the same person. he was very rude, and wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise. I told him: We don't have a bank one in NJ. He said I will be proscuted and arrested. I then explained too him I;m a victim of identity theft, he had no remorse. He then explained the police will come too my job too lock me up. I explained I no longer work there. Please stop calling, and telling old employees my business. He then explained he's going to send the locaL POLICE TOO MY JOB. THIS COMPANY IS CRAZY, AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I CAN'T FIND NO INFO ON LINE ABOUT THEM. WHO R THEY? WHERE R THEY REALLY FROM?

I am going through the same thing! I took out a payday loan online, and it went south quickly, so I quit paying them and received a letter that my case was paid in full. Now, I am getting these calls from INVESTIGATOR BREEDEN at 770-347-8082 and 770-218-8910 at work and on my cell phone, threatening me that they will issue a warrant!!!! I called them and they tried to act all important and professional, but they are a JOKE!!!! DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spread the word to everyone you know to NEVER GET A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE !!! THEY MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL!!!!!!!!!

These people are just trying to scare you into paying! Please dont pay them a dime, ask for all "debt" information to be submitted in writing through the U.S. mail, and i guarantee you, they WILL NOT send you anything because they are a scam!!! Make complaints to your local Attorney Generals office, Better Business Bureau, FCC, anyone who will listen!!! Some of us have been lucky to atleast know where to turn for help, but think of those who arent as lucky and pay these jerks hundreds of dollars because they are scared of the threat of warrants being issued for their arrests. PLEASE HELP STOP THESE PEOPLE BY SPREADING THE WORD~!!!!!!!

I got scammed by Investigator Cleverland, same number  888-317-96-72 and I am going to report them.  I demanded they send me something in the mail and I never got anything.

Watch out I think they have just changed their name to "CMA Enterprise" other number used that showed up on my statement 336-926-7491 and when I called the number it is a private cell phone. I then called investigator Cleveland and he said the number was transposed it should have been 336-926-4791 and that number belongs to the CEO Cesal Mcnair.

Yes I received the dreaded call and unfortunately fell for it, I just wanted to clear it up so they can remove it off my credit. I got "Investigator Cleveland"
and it is all a big scam. Thanks for your info, it helps out with my fraud case.

I got a call from the same investigator and the same number at my work saying i'd get arrested! I've been freaking out all day long. how do I get them to stop calling? is there any way to check and make sure there arent any warrants or court orders against me?
