caller claims to be from "Grant Mentors" Offering a "Free Grant" from president Obama. Caller claims that for $2.95 through PayPal I can get a CD called EBoot; a CD Mailed Training. Her website is Obamafreemoney.org
The system as I understand it is that you get an email, which you then reply to with your PayPal or other payment information. they send you the EBoot CD with instructions for either writing or getting the grant, and then you get a free 7 day trial membership and its only $40.00 after that a month for them to submit for you a grant proposal to another company who then gives you the money or denies you. My suspicion is its denial for months because they want your $40.00 a month.
