have a charge on my account and have no clue who the company is or what they are charging me for.

me too! i will be contacting my bank to stop charges.  if i find out anything i will post.

Same with us.  The name given on our online account information is "NBC Group."  Have you heard of this company?

I had a charge for this as well.  When I tried calling the phone number listed it was a fax machine.  Upon further research I did find a phone number of 800-749-3304 and it was answered as customer service.  If you call this nymber they can give you further information on the service the charge is being deducted for.  They would not refund everything, but I did get a partial.  Hope this helps!

i have tried the number 1-800-749-3304 and it says can't be completed as dialed.. please help... the bank told me in order to get them to refund it i will have to go through the process of getting a new card and everything.... all my bills are set for auto pay and this will be a nightmare!!!!

i was allso wondering if any of you with this charge on your account had
done business with either www.bidfuel.com or online biz marketing? both these companies offered a free 14 day trial and charged my account 5 days after post mark on the information....

so we aren't the only ones scammed..!!!!
i called 1888-321-9861 i got only $100 back but they said i agreed to the terms and conditions... but it is something back
