When it says push 1 for a customer service representative and you push 1 and  then automatically goes into voice mail with no introduction or who it is, you will not be getting a message from me.  This is the first sign that it’s spoofed, a hoax, a scam, etc….  Any real business will state who they are when you contact them.

Credit one Bank.  Harassment.  Offered to bring the account completely current the first of next week but they're not able to do that. If I  couldn't pay at least $25 today, then I would just have to call back next week to make the payment.  I've never seen a credit card company that would not set up a payment.
