A Tony Johnson called me on a Thursday with a case # and told me to contact them and I did and left a message no one is picking up and its says you need a Ext # he never told told me one..

They are debt collectors with no respect for the collection laws in this country . They will lie and tell you that you are going to be arrested and that charges will be filed against you. This is a civil matter and you can't be arrested for this type of charge. The police do not get involved in collection matters.

I was called by A Mr. Jeff Matthews from the 888-322-1401 number and was told that I had a warrant for my arrest if I didn't pay some payday loan I had supposedly made. Even though I did not remember making this loan, I paniced and agreed to pay by credit card 115.00 which was immediately taken out of my account. I will file a complainy with my attorney and sue!

These people called me and said I have a unpaid payday loan.and said if I don't pay 800.00 dollars that I will have to go to court so I gave them my bank card info I am so upset.what should I do.
