These people put an unauthorized loan in the amount of $300.00 in my account, Since that time they have been calling me around the clock trying to get the money back, have threatend me over the phone, stating they are going to double the amount they have deposited and even as far as taking me to court.

These people keep call me at all hours at home and at my job.
this person that says he is Eddie Rogers # 508-436-6828 calls frequently and gets very rude. He has a different story each time... says its about my Social Secuity, then its about a credit card, then about an application, then he is from a DA's office.
now this person is calling Jim Hollinsworth #888-322-4081 this guy said the call was about an application I submitted.

We should do something for these idoits.  Anybody know how we can report to FTC?

They called my job and said that they are star cashing . They wanted money from me it's a scamm

Typically, this company puts money in your account and send you an e-mail saying that they have done so and gives you the term of the "loan".  However, most states has a rule that states that when they call they have to "validate" the loan.  Meaning, they have to send you a copy of the loan paperwork that you supposedly "electronically" signed.  Which is extremely hard for them to do, since you did not apply for a loan with "Star Cash Processing".  They will argue with you and threaten to take you to court at which time you tell them that the judge will require a copy of the loan paperwork and they are not able to provide and the judge will dismiss the case.  That's why very few of these ever see a courthouse.  It's the threat of it that scares everyone into paying.  They also harrass you at work at which time you send them a letter telling them to cease & desist or you will file a lawsuit against them.  Then if they continue to call you at work.  This is what you can do, you can tell them to hold on a minute and place them on hold then come back and tell them that your phone call is now being recording because you have sent them a cease & desist letter and everytime they call you they can be fined BUT before you tell them this make sure you get them to re-identify themselves along witht he company they work for and why they are calling.  Then state well I am and today's date is _____ and the time is approximately ____.  Then go into the "I'm recording this phone call".  Most of the time they hang up and don't call you back at work for a very long time.  So far, it has worked for me.  Hope this helps some of you.  Now, this hasn't kept them from calling me at home or on my cell but I just ignore those phone calls and most of the time they don't even leave messages.

i got a call from tony supposedly from start cash processing.  for a loan i supposedly took out 3 years ago.  he said original loan was 300.  i told him to send me a emailed copy of contract is signed.  ill show it to the BBB and ask them what they think.  he kept trying to get me to give him my credit card number over the phone.  i told him there was no way i would do that.  i had to ask him for the email several times.  i guess i got him tired so he hung up

I have been receiving calls at my workplace from this telephone number everyday for the past two weeks.  Every day the caller identifies themselves by a different name.  I have emailed their customer service with a Cease & Desist letter and also faxed the same letter to them but they still continue to call everyday.  I tell them when they call to not call my workplace but they do not listen.  I am being continuously harassed by these people.  Help!

These people call me from 5 am and won't leave a message.  I asked for copies of loan agreement and to date have received nothing from them.

Every time they call me I pretend to be an old asian lady and mess with them. Star Cash is a joke. They are what is known as a back door lender. Pretty much when you apply for a short term loan they take your info from the loan site and then magicaly put money into your checking account, which is against the law under the Fair Lending Act. Either block the numbers or just dont answer, they can't do anything since they GAVE you that money illegally. They have been calling me for about two and a half years now. First saying I owed them 300 and now it is up to 500+ b/c or whatever interest they decided to throw in there. Have been threatened with being taking to court and audity blah blah blah. They can't do anything. Ask for loan agreements and they usally hang up.

Have been calling me cell phone every day for the past few months.  They do not leave a message.  They can call till the cows come home because they are not getting another cent from me.  I have already paid back overh $1000 on a 300 dollar loan, they have got to be kidding!  Do not ever take out a payday loan.  It is a never ending cycle that you can't get out of
