Keeps calling saying I owe them money. Never even heard of them.

Multiple calls spanning many months to my cell. Called at 5:00 am when I was in Hawaii.

Says they are looking for Renee Blackburn (sp?)whom I have never heard of.
Filed complaint with FCC which did no good.

If anybody wanted to start a class action lawsuit, I would be glad to join.

they keep calling me... everyday asking for someone else and since this is a new number they told me that i am now responsible becuase the new number i have is the one they have on file.... im going to sue for harrassment if they keep calling cause they wont stop

Mee too calling for going on 2 months now... and i am Definitely going to start a law suit soon... im just waiting for  a little bit more.... even after i told them they have the wrong number, they told me that i was now responsible because my number was the one they had on file!!! BS

I have talk to these people had my lawyer call them and they still call.

I received a call on our business line from Molly looking for an employee.  When I ask is this an attempt to collect a debt she said no. Amazing - now they have taken to lying when they call.

I don't get calls at work anymore, but they still call my cellphone. I assigned them a special ringtone, i.e. "mute."

I received a call from 888-322-4085 and the lady caller asked for my husband. I asked her who she was and she said she's with Ace Services and asked for my husband. I asked her what it was in regards to and she said she would tell me once I verified that last four digits of his social. I declined and hung up, but they have still called back.

These people keep calling my office and leaving threatening voicemails.  I have recorded the messages and am keeping records for legal action

I got a called from this number 1-888-322-4085 in past 4 months now and asked for my wife and I ask them where they called from and they won't tell me and they only want to talk to my wife. I told them if they don't tell me who are they calling then how my wife contact them. Im her husband and at least tell me once what they calling for and see if I can help her.

File a complaint against Ace Cash Services at FTC- Better Business Bureau and Oklahoma States Attorney for harassing phone calls. I received these calls, told them I was filing bankruptcy and gave them the attorney's name and number. I was told it didn't matter, the calls would continue until they received the paper work. Illegal collection practices, plus alot of states do not allow payday loans to be given out by these shading companies. I never seen paper work from these people, nor did I agree to a loan with these people, the money just appeared in my bank account.

I have received calls from 888-322-3924 & 888-322-4085. When filing a complaint list both numbers maybe we can get these bottom feeders shut down.

I keep getting these call daily on my cellphone and at work.  They are very rude and won't take no for an answer.  When I ask what the call is in reference to they want me to verify my last four digits of my ssn 1st which I dont.  I tell them you have my ssn tell me what it is and they won't.  My employer will not transfer any these calls & request to take a message in which they get very rude. This is annoying and not professional on a business stand point.  I wish someone catch them people and put them out of business.  This is harassment!!!!
The people who call don't speak english very well.
I've asked them not to call again but they still do; they leave threating messages on my cell.

They called and asked for my brother and I said this isn't his number. I have blocked phone number
on my phone for 5 bucks a month, so I just added them.

i just recieved a call from this number 888-322-4085 about 3minutes ago they never leave a message or any contact informatiom. they have even called me at 2am.. they are a scam. what legit company calls at 2am?

This caller has been harassing me at work.  I finally answered for the second time and told them to remove this number from their list, and they flatly refused.  They still have not stopped the calls.  If I ignore the call, they never leave a message or any contact information.

I just received a recorded call from 888-322-4085 asking for someone else.  The recorded message said to return the call to 800-404-8894.  When I returned the call to let them know that they had the wrong number, the rep said that they would remove my number.  This is the first call that I've received.  Of course, they won't give a company name.  We'll see what happens and if I get anymore calls.

They have been calling me for months. They refuse to stop calling and continue calling after 8pm. I live on the east coast and they tell me my cell phone is a west coast number.  These people need to be stopped. This is serious harrasment.
