After talking to them they appear to be a debt collector using illegal scare tactics to try and force me to pay a debt that they refuse to prove that I owe.  This alleged debt is not on any of my credit reports and they always have an excuse for why they can't mail any documentation. But they can email it. (I'm not falling for that). Pay them no attention DO NOT verify ANY information. There is no law that says you have to verify info for a debt collector. Remember they called you if they don't want to talk to because you don't want to give out you birthday, any part of your social security number or address. OH WELL
