I had a $19.95 charge two months in a row on my credit card from UMG* BUYERSEDGE listing the 888-326-7156 IL number.  I had the credit card company remove the charges but have no idea UMG*BUYERSEDGE got my account information.

I had a 14.95 charge for 7 months on my credit card from UMG* BUYERSEDGE listing the 888-326-7156 IL number.  I was told by my credit company the charges came from PED Egg that I ordered over the phone.  I had not authorized this charge at that time.

I don't remember getting a call, but I have gotten charged 19.95 on my debit card two months in a row.  So I did a google search for the phone number and came up with this site.  I will be calling them and getting it taken care of!  Thank you.

Hey, I called and they said this was authorized during a purchase from an info-mercial.  They offered me a WalMart credit and some other things to keep my membership.  I insisted I didn't want anything and I wanted the $19.95 x 2 credited to my account.  They said they would take care of it.
And TODAY the credit was there!  I was very pleased.

Go to the FTC website and file a complaint.. some info on the form is not required so only enter what pertains to your case. The more people that complain who had this happen the better, the FTC will investigate and file charges if they are warranted. But we need to make complaints to the FTC,, I did after they charged my cc 19.99 and they couldnt tell me what I bought.. they said I must have agreed to a Walmart gift card.. they lie they cheat then they stole... and they say they will credit my account,, yeah right. Complaint is on file.

No call. Found unauthorized charges on our credit card (3 so far) and called the 888-326-7156 number. After giving my last name and 2 zip codes they still couldn't tell me what they were charging me for. I am going to figure out how to file a complaint. Charge on credit card read: Buyer's Edge. IL

i have been getting charged US14.95 a month from October last year for a subscription i canceled.

I just noticed a $14.95 charge on my account from Buyer's Edge.  I called the number that was with the charge.  They said it was from an on-line purchase I made, but they couldn't tell me what purchase it was.  The person on the phone said they would credit my account the $14.95.  Will be interesting to see how long it takes.

I also noticed a charge of $14.95 on my bank statement so I called the company and the woman who answered was trying to fight with me when I asked her to cancel my "membership" and not be charged again. She said I enrolled myself when I purchased something online but she didn't know what the purchase was and explained that the "membership" was for a $10 off discount. Pay $14.95 to get $10 off?? Word of advice...Don't buy anything from an infomercial again just wait for it to come to stores!!

My wife noticed a charge of $14.95 (Jun) on our credit card statement entitled, "UMG* BUYERSEDGE listing the 888-326-7156 IL number." We called our credit card company and they said we were set up for a monthly billing of $14.95, and there will be another charge on Aug bill.

We called UMG Buyersedge, which is a third party billing company. All they know is to bill us and could not tell us what the purchase was or the company that was billing us. They said they had receive an e-mail from my wife authorizing them to bill us. I asked them to forward the e-mail to us, but they side-stepped the issue by asking if I wanted the charge to be cancelled. They cancelled one charge (AUG) but said the JUL bill could not cancel since it had been over 30 days.

After checking through our records we found that my wife had purchased refills from SMOOTH AWAY.

We called Smooth Away, and asked them to take us off of their automatic billing.  They said we were not set up for automatic billing, and had only billed us one time.

We called UMG BUYEREDGE, and told them that Smooth Away did not authorize any automatic billing, inwhich they were now happy to remove the second bill....

I found it interesting how UMG Buyeredge became so helpful after we told them, there was no automatic billing.

Anyway, I'm going back to our credit card company to lodge a fraud complaint.

i was very surprised when i checked my card statement and saw 2 charges for 19.95 this month, with this number listed underneath. I quickly looked it up and found this page and called them right away. After i said I wanted to cancel my membership the guy kept offering me half off the "buyer's edge" membership and even offered to extend my membership for free with a 60 dollar gift card every time i said i wanted it cancelled. After I insisted over 5 times I wanted it cancelled AND a refund  he finally agreed and said my card will be credited. Then as I was about to say thank you, He hung up on me. We'll see if they credit my card

Well, I am in the same situation, i claimed and I got a refund, but guess what...I just saw in my bank statement that they charged me again $14.95 TWICE, and when I called my bank, They said that I lost my dispute so now Im trying to figure out what to do, maybe close my account and open a new account in a new bank... this is incredible.....

charged $14.95 for service never asked for.called # disputed the charge,no results,call another number8004477776,got results, they only wanted to put 14.95 back,was persistant,another manager, got up to six months credit,still not happy, another manager all monies to be refunded ,i told them i was contacting attorney generals office and also credit card company to report a fraud against them.this seemed to help

Two unauthorized charges were made by  UMG*MYAE3423053227  888-326-7156 IL. They took $14.95 from my credit card without my permission. When I called the girl in the line was trying to seld me
a subcription by a half of price. I said NO. Now I´m waiting the refund.

They took $14.95 from my bank account too that was Un-Authorized. I talked to Amanda on the phone about all of this because I know for a fact I didnt sign up for anything since I will be leaving the country soon. They just kept saying its a membership to get discounts all over the place. WTF! If they do it again they better watch out  because I WILL go after them for all they are worth! This is so not right!
