Called, returned call speaking with a Denise. She stating from law office and I  am being sued for financial fraud. I advised incorrect and told her to serve papers.

called left a message about a fax something or other needing to be delivered and to call back with this being final notice. Seeing otheres receiving similar calls - FRAUD ALERT

talked to phone company since this call is not blockable.  Coming from a foreign switch which prevents blocking - FRAUD - do not return call - do not give any information - reporting to IRS and FBI

i got call from name Baily lady voice said had documents be deliver to me nee dsign have two form ID!

Tell callers send you letter with contact phone exstion you follow up!! There to many scamming going on!!   1-888-327-4839, if say from  irs!  Normaly irs will send you letter first!! With logo irs, then know true!!

No one is coming.   Real process servers do not warn you that they are coming.  Telling you that they are coming is an illegal threat.

today thursday they suppose to delivery documents! never show up scam! baily last words on answer machine last fineal notice! they suppose to be delivery documents!!!  never show up ! they scamm  just whil-go! some body try send me message show live come from my bank! i click on it  ask folling, email &password! ss# bank acct!  i delete all  know body should ever ask for email password or ss#number or bank acct number! i did call bank they said fraud! lucky i didnt go threw!!  every one on here help me own way thank you!!     let keep sharen worken togther we learn alot each other!!

Hey the exact same lady called today with the same story. I'll check back here over the next couple days. I wrote up a whole report of everything she said. Do you have any other information? She said a US Marshal would come to serve me papers and detain me and that I'd could face time in jail. I am concerned these people are doing more than just trying to scam but they are trying to verify information to commit larger crimes. She mentioned a payday loan from years back through a yahoo account. Yahoo was hacked twice in Sept and December 2016. Someone bought that information for this specific purpose. This is a really big deal and I feel it deserves more investigation. Please respond if you have more info and we can figure out how to protect other people.
