I just go a call from Helen Baliey asking for William to give her a call back because she has documents for him and it is a final notice.  I called and told them to take my number out of his records because I have had this number for 8 years and I don't know any William.  She said he listed my phone number as a relative.  Sometimes people will give a phone number that is one off from their number when they know people will be calling them looking for stuff (payments).  Ashley just laughed out loud and said that isn't nice to the people's who's numbers then end up calling. I said no kidding that's why I'm calling you and asking you to take me off your list and stop calling me.  She said she would.
