- Desiree| 4 repliesThey are taking ACH payments from my account in the amount of 20 dollars a month. not a real company and not even in my state. through research they are disguised as law firm but going to look for them you can't find them obviously a scam listing as they voicemail to call the number back gives no hours doesn't mention a name just that they are unable to take ur call leave a message then hangs up... sad
- Caller: Rashid Law firm
- BigA replies to DesireeWell you should be talking to your bank and disputing the charges instead of calling this outfit. You should also file a police report as well.
- Scott replies to Desireei have the same issue just called the bank. they are stopping it and refunding my money.
- DWILSame here, taking $39.00 a month.
- Sammy replies to DesireeThey are doing the same to me. They are taking ACH payments in the amount of $20. They hang upon your calls and if someone answers, they put the phone down to dead air and then hang up. There's a gentleman who answers the phone by the name of "Kai Anderson" and the supervisor's name is "Jen" (probably fake names). Jen is supposedly the only one who can refund money and she is always "away at lunch." She promises the money will be returned to my account within 30 days, but I still haven't seen my money. When I've confronted them (if someone even picks up), they hang up or tell me that they're still working on it.
The ACH payments are seen on my bank statements as "PROCOV," "KONITU," and "FASHOM WEB."
The numbers associated with these statements are (888) 333-0933, (888) 369-5959 and (888) 888-8888. They all lead to the same call center which appears to o lay have 3-4 people who answer the phone so it suggests hay they are a small business.
I called the better business bureau and the (888) 333-0933 number has been reported but there are no actual notes on them. I am filing a complaint to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission right now. - Crystal| 1 replyThey have been taking $20 from my account for months and I did not notice until today. :-( Reported the fraud but I doubt I will get all of my money back.
- Caller: PROCOV
- BigA replies to CrystalYou're right. You legally have 60 days to report the transaction. After that it is up to the bank whether they want to refund all the money or not. This is why you should be carefully going over your bank and credit card statements at least once a month or more.
- Beth replies to DesireeMe too! I just called my bank and tried calling them. Nobody ever answers. I wonder how long this has been going on?
- ElizabethTook $20 from my checking acct.Showed up as PROCOV called spoke to "Kim" said would be credited back in 3-5 days. That was a month ago. Just called again, spoke to "Sharon" gave me the run around said she'd call me back in an hour. I'll go to my bank and dispute it. What a scam.

- Snowy| 1 replyI just found out that those procov, socomed, konitu have been taking $ 20 several times a month from my account since January 2017 to October. They take a total of $570. I don't normally check my account too often. M bank told me they can refund some of the money since it over 6 months. I never authorize any payment, but they claimed I have an account with them. Never heard of these companies before.
- Snowy replies to SnowyI called the number listed next to Procov and spoke to a ladie.she told to give her my info ,and they will send my info for cancellation and refund. My bank is insisting that they already have my account Why not give them the info to get my refund since they can't refund all the money.
