Call left VM stating she was with Social Security and needed information about my records

Left uninformative VM, lacking any detail, on 16 Dec 2019 at 11:39 EST.  "Social Security Administration. Number to reach department is 888-333-2368. I repeat it's 888-333-2368. Thank you."     Clearly, a bogus call.

(888) 333-2368 says they are from Social Security Dept. Obvious scam, Social Security doesn't call people. They reach you officially by mail.

888-333-2368 Left a message to call as soon as possible.  Call from social security administration.  bogus call.

I don’t appreciate the harassment and listening in on my phone calls not sure if you know that listening in on my voicemail box is 100% illegal to do if you’re not a officer in law enforcement and I gurentee police have no reason to hack my stuff because I have never broken any laws my record is clean 😡

That is why you never allow remote access to your computer by downloading the software they use to access it at a later time in the "unattended" mode.

Sounds more like she opened a malicious attachment or clicked on a link on her phone.  Of course she could also be paranoid and always thinks that someone is in her phone.  I doubt that we will ever find out.
