This is a scam. The email comes with this phone number for the scammer's "claims department". The perpetrators are trying to get your info and are asking you to pay for Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, which is something that comes free with Windows. Don't fall for it, and by no means reveal any personal information to these miserable thieves.

Called the number from different line and foreign dude trying to say I ordered last year when knew full well never did.  Also, look at the email.  Full of misspelled words and clear phishing.  Don't get scammed and don't hit ANY of the hyperlinks.  Hackers at work.
