ROBO CALL; Left a voicemail message claiming to lower monthly bills. Not clear about what they would do to lower bills. No caller ID;  Consider SCAM/FRAUD.

888-333-6651 is a scam. They want you to divulge account number, PIN, and social security number.

Received a call this morning (12/7/19) with a caller ID of AT&T, so I answered as I used to be a customer. A recorded voice said "This is a message from AT&T's Chinese voice department." It then played a recorded message in Chinese, which then repeated. I hung up. What the actual heck was THAT?

I was on the receiving end of a weird call just now from this number. I'm an AT&T wireless customer, and this showed as AT&T on the caller ID - so I answered even though I normally send unknown numbers into the ether. And when I answered, a recording started, "We have a Message from AT&T's China services." - Then a recording in Mandarin played... weird. Really weird.

Called my cell. Did not ans. No voicemail left. Blocked.

Called, I did not answer. Left no message

Called my cell phone.  The phone number is not in my call list, so I rejected the call.  Later, I called the number and received a recording "Thank you for calling AT&T about your wireless service....." .  The full reording sounded professional, except I am not an AT&T subscriber. Scam.

Called me at 6:30 AM....ILLEGAL calling time for telemarketer...message left saying something about AT&T Chinese department.  Started in English, then changed to Chinese.  Scammers.  Will report to FCC!
