The curiosity of who hung up on me got the better of me. So I called them. It was a telemarketer who fumbled to identify me by name based on the number across her screen. She then said she was from a car dealership whose service department we had used in the past, and said they are currently looking for trade-ins. She wasn’t at the dealership and must make calls for different dealers all over. Was responsive when I asked to be removed from list.
