Called my cell and my job saying they had questions for me, then said they couldn’t tell me what questions they had.

Also called my HR department asking to speak to me. Never heard of this Company - Midwest Fidelity Services. Do not have any outstanding bills nor do I want any consolidation services! DID NOT call back.

Called my employer and asked for me. Never heard of the company. Second time they have called for me. Did not call back but have extention number 201.

it's supposed to be for 401k I just can't figure out if it's actually fidelity the voicemale they left was odd

My parents and myself got a call from this # and they said they were clint lineman from US Fidelity Services they gave this # and ext 214 to call back with no other details

This is a call from Midwest Fidelity. They are a collection agency hired by payday loan services (and possibly others) to collect a debt. They were very polite and accommodating when I called to ask that they remove my employers number from their approved contact list.
