I filed to state attorney general, and I also complained to the top executive manger about the company frauds. The man manger initially agreed to return all my lost, but next day the top woman manger refused my refund. I only got very small part refund.  I also received the letter from state attorney general. He is keeping my letter on the file. If he receives more complain letters. He will use law to find the company frauds, as well as he will bring justice to consumers.
