Called my house about 11 am. Left a message with only call center noise in background. We are on state and federal do not call lists.

If your are going to waste my time calling my home then you better be on the other end, what is the point in calling at all if you just hang up on us ,,,,,

Was a recorded message asking if I was Jason and to press "1" if I was.  But after doing so I got a message that due to high call volume my wait time might be long and if I knew my parties extension to dial it now.
The called me!  If they had high volume, they shouldn't have called.
Then all I got was background music so I hung up and did a google search to find this site.

Just got a call form this number, same thing, recorded message "if this is NAME press 1, if not press 2." I pressed 1 to confirm my name and got another message saying "Thank you for taking our call, please hold we will be with you shortly". A few seconds after that, disconnected. I dunno, seems as if they are phishing to connect a name with a number.

Call themselves patient account services.  May be a medical bill collector.

Received several calls lately. One was just as Jason posted. I needed to pre-register for a procedure and I thought that it might be the hospital. I am now receiving calls where no one is on the line. I find this strange. How can I be sure my identity is secure?

I received a call yes like everybody else here from a recording but don’t know and don’t recognize this number, also ask me to wait for some time. I have no time for this

Just got a call from this number, said it was a personal call for  me, press 1 if it was me, did that, said to wait someone would be with me, listened to Fur Elise for several minutes then line went dead

I guess these are terrorists who are trying to avoid NSA and pretending to be call center, do not answer them or give them your name. Avoid them like cancer and terrorists which they are and must be cut offand avoided at all cost. .

Just received a call from this number.  Said 'hello" a few times and no one replied.  Annoying- to say the least.

Called my cell phone - which IS registered on "DoNotCall" lists.  They hung up as soon as I answered.

IT WAS A RECORDING TELLING ME SOMETHING ABOUT A MEDICAL BILL IF i AM NOT MISTAKING

These jerks called me day after day with a message "If this is XXXX XXXXX, press 1". When I called them back today, the gal would only tell me they were "patient services" and would not identify the company. I would not identify myself until they identified themselves. At that point I was put on hold for a long period and another female, who identified herself as "Camille" came on. She told me it was Northstar Anesthesia and they were calling about an anesthesia bill from July--which had been paid in August! She said, unapologetically that the "autodialer wasn't notified." What a bunch of jerks.

Call from number more than once- asks you to press 1 if you are person being called then transfers to hold line with music - ridiculous . If you are going to call and ask at least transfer to live person.

Called today. Caller ID: "800 Service 888-362-4635". Was a recording to call them about an account, claimed they were "Radiology Specialists", & left a different callback #.

They are NOT "Radiology Specialists", & her medical bills were paid.

I suspect they're a med debt collector trying to go after my mother (in a nursing home), for an (alleged) bill of my deceased father. (His med bills were paid too.)

This time "800 Service" called from 866-761-0823. Voicemail recording said to call 888-362-4635 asap to discuss "her account".

Trying to collect bogus medical debt.

THIS time caller ID was "Jackson TN 731-506-1919". Same people. Same recorded message to call "888-362-4635".

My caller ID show Wyoming. but to call back 888 362 4635

This was a legit call.  I had paid a medical bill over the phone and they had entered my credit card information wrong and were calling me about it.  Apparently the phone number belongs to a company that handles billing for several different medical facilities.

They are a bill collector for several medical facilities I have called them about 3 times each day for a week and a half and literally have never talked to anyone. I've left voicemails for them to call me at certain times in the day (since I work all day) and they've called back twice when I'm still at work. I am just trying to get a bill paid. It's annoying that they never answer
