    It is ATT Uverse tech support number.  I had problems that required them to call me back and that was the number they called from.

    Back and forth, back and forth, it is ATT,it aint ATT,  so what do you do now. all of this does sound not right. BLOCK THEM
    Probably another phishing scam I got that feeling. I got the calls to, but I don't have Att Uverse, and never will. See where all this is going . Your home is your sanctuary, it is suppose to be kept secure. and safe. when the phone rings with an unkown number all the time something is wrong, Not suppose to be like that. The lawyers in this country need to go to bat for the consumer and hold the phone company accountable for their customers well being while they are using THEIR SERVICES THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR    .

    We called AT&T Uverse about an hour earlier because our WI FI went out.  Afterwards we got 2 calls right in a row.from this number.  I'm sure it was AT&T, now, following up but I don't understand why they can't identify themselves.  I got "toll free number" and "unavaible' but same number of 888-362-5909

    This is legit ATT.  You either had a sevice call scheduled and/or performed or you called them about a problem with Uverse.  If you don't have Uverse, maybe they have a wrong number.  I would bet my life these calls are NOT scams.  No need to block them.  They are asking if you were satisfied with the help they gave you (either in person or over the phone).  I've had calls from them before after them helping me.  I don't know why ATT feels like they must follow up.

    This is definitely AT&T Technical Support. I called yesterday about our WIFI outage and it was a follow up call to see if our WIFI was still out. The same person I spoke with yesterday was the same person who called today.

    It would be nice if they would identify themselves. Had an install cancelled this morning for technical??? problems but they would call back to reschedule. Got a call from this # & it left a message that I could reschedule for tomorrow by calling 888-546-4141 which turned out to be a scam sales pitch for various things from a cruise to Time Warner to "for $1.99 we'll give you $100". Who knows, disgruntled employee or slip of the tongue. Not so happy Direct TV equipment has failed once again and ATT can't provide service in a timely manner.

    Why can' t people just answer your phone??  We pay for a phone service, and then ignore the calls?  Before cell phones, or caller ID, there were missed calls, and nobody freaked out.  We just missed a caller.  Big deal.

    ATT Uverse confirming my apt for tomorrow.  She said he name, but I couldn't understand her.  She was babbling and talking way too fast.   She quoted me something about home install.....this is a business.  Then she hung up without asking if I had any questions.  WOW, if the tech is like this tomorrow, I'm sending him packing.

    Every time I call them too, a wasted day on the telephone with them.   Don't make any changes on your account or you will be sorry because you will be paying much more when you get your next bill.   They will tell you any lie just to get a commission!  Stay away from them because their employees are either dumb found or it's all about the "Benjamins" AKA "Commission" and they continuously lie to their customers for the sake of their commission.  The bill is always doubled compared to what the lying ATT representative quote you.  I've been with this company since 1972 when they were called "Bell TEvery time I call them too, a wasted day on the telephone with them.   Don't make any changes on your account or you will be sorry because you will be paying much more when you get your next bill.   They will tell you any lie just to get a commission!  Stay away from them because their employees are either dumb found or it's all about the "Benjamins" AKA "Commission" and they continuously lie to their customers for the sake of their commission.

    Received two text messages from ATT with a web link telling me to go there to confirm this phone for password reset (i do have ATT cell service).  Minutes later received 2 back to back phone calls from this number, answered the second call after reading through some of this forum.  Guy on other end stated that he was from ATT, and was trying to reach a guy named "thomas" (i'm a girl, it's my phone and only my phone, no Thomas here).  I told him he had the wrong number and quickly apologized and hung up.  IDK if it was real or not, i just know it seemed very suspicious so i went into ATT.com and changed my password on the website myself.
