Scam said case was being filed

Yes I received that same call from a willie cannon , that he is with the dept of civil processing.... He gave out a case number saying I had 48 hours to respond in order to continue the litigation.. When I heard this on my message I knew right than it was a SCAM!!! Which I block that number plus the number they call on my phone was a 469 676-3697 number SMDH

I just received this call.  It came through as a local area code, but to call back 833-965-2224. When I googled that number it showed me first direct mediation and this number 8883652807. Which all seems to be fake and sounds like a big ole scam. Did anyone ever get follow up calls from these numbers or this company?

I had a call from John Castle a couple weeks ago stating that a federal bank wants me to pay them back a loan, that was taken care of YEARS ago. He said if I dont pay approx. $1400 within the next hour he would send out the paperwork and in a few days someone will serve me papers and go to court then I would have to owe approx $6200 instead.

Now he just called me again this morning saying he "held out for as long as I could" and now there forcing his hand to push the paper work. I looked up the phone number it comes out of Seattle which it is 564-999-5271 (0 results when looking it up) The phone number from a few weeks ago was, 833-965-2224 which leads to First Direct Mediation.. google them, there website is plain as all hell. There are no details or any company awards, or ANYTHING that remotely looks legit.

It's a scam people 100%. Oh! when you call them someone answers the phone saying "Civil Processing" no greeting or anything, not even the standard "This call might be monitored or recorded"

I got the same call from a guy named Willy and when I tried to call back he answered with Yo. Sounds very fishy

Sam Jacobs called numerous times left threatening messages about a civil complaint against me and needed to respond within 48 hours. No email and nothing in the mail. He talks very fast and not friendly. Sam Jacobs also called several of my family members and told them the same thing, and trying to get ahold of me. It is a big scam. There is never any detail or client information. Anyone can yell courts to see if there is an actual lawsuit filed against you. Plus, you would be served papers. I never received papers and there is no lawsuit. I never called back the number and neither did the family members. We blocked the number after a month of his harassment. Please do an internet search and local county search if you receive similar calls. These people will sound professional and threatening, but they want your personal information and money.

Same thing, called saying I had 49 hours to make a formal response to a civil case filed against me. Bunch of crap
