"ADT" calling to offer "free" services   Called from 708-300-6891

LIKELY A SCAM.  No security system… no problem.  We'll be out next week  TO ROB YOUR PLACE.

This person called, they didn't reveal their name, a company name, what the call was about, a file number or what specifically they were calling about. All they said was I or my attorney had to call this number. No information was given about who they were, what they were calling about i.e., a late credit card payment, etc. My name was never mentioned once during the call (they didn't seem to know who they were calling) & it was completely unprofessional...what I suspect is, it's a scam of some sort.

Same as you, sounded like a scam.

Do not answer calls from numbers not recognized. Do, however, record the number and time of call for later class action purposes.

Call started as a recording from the Canada Revenue Agency, who have clearly stated they do not call people.  I hung up.

Called to tell me the CRA crime investigation team needed to talk to me?  uhhh Pretty sure my CRA account would tell me first.

I recived a call from this number a few minutes ago from "canada revenue agency" and it was clearly fake....

Didn't answer the call from this number and voicemail said that ' me or my attorney had to call back and if if I ignored it, they wished me luck if this situation unfolded on me'
No company name was given

Caller left a voicemail saying I or my attorney needed to call back and they wished me luck if I did not call back and the situation unfolded. No name or company name was left on the voicemail. This is clearly a scam.

they called me but I did not answer so i called back and they answered but then hang up on me .
