We got a call Friday April 12, 2019. Phishing type call

This was a robot call saying they were my insurance company.   Knew my full name and said to call them back about an important issue.  Trying to get further information.

Also received a robot call saying they were with Aetna insurance and asked for my birthdate and zip code before I could hear the message.  Suspect it is a phishing call.

Also received call yesterday.   I called AETNA and they could not identify that number as one of theirs.  They said they had been receiving lots of calls about this same issue.

Have called me 3 times.
I contacted Aetna. This is not coming from Aetna.

Same as others, saying they are Aetna, wanting more info.

Claiming they are AETNA regarding an issue that relates to me. Worried it may be a scam. Did repeat birthdate and zip code. Didn’t go any further to verify.

Claiming Aetna,   Had my name and asked to push 1 for yes (probably shouldn't have done that) but next they wanted my birthdate and zip code.   I just hung up.  This was phishing, but I don't like that they knew my name

I got this call TWICE today. Once in the morning and once at 7:05 PM. They claim to be Aetna but customer service isn’t open that late. I’m worried because they know my name AND my insurance company.

I also recived a call from 888-370-2626. Exactly the same issue, claiming they are AETNA.

Got a call from these scammers too even though my number is on the Do Not Call list.  They said they were my insurance company and would call back.  I suspected they were frauds right off the bat because my insurance company has never called me unsolicited before in my whole life.
