There was a charge on my credit card for 49.95 from this phone number; no identification of a company. When I called them, they answered the phone, "Customer Service, may I help you?" When I asked who they represented in customer service, they said, "Many companies. Over 250 companies." When I asked about the charge on my card, I was told I would have to give them the card number to find out which company the charge came from.
Bank of America notified me of the charge, as they have had many fraudulent charges from this number.

I have had the same thing.  In June my card was charged $49.95 for diet pills

I insisted on a refund and even when they authorized it, they asked me if I'd like to try the diet pills anyways without charge.  Really?  

I got the refund and got a new bank card. However, my brand new card was charged 3 times for the same thing in September.  They have not yet refunded these.

I called and they will not let you talk to a supervisor, they will not give you their address, they will not give you an email.  

The other phone numbers they use online are:866-732-8213, 888-978-6806, 888-370-4037.  These guys are shady.
