Voicemail message from man with Indian accent, "This is cash app, your account has been locked. Please call back to unlock."

I got 6 missed calls from the actual Cash App support number.  Voicemail says they found suspicious activity, they're blocking account.  Said to call 888-370-5988.

This is a scam call spoofins Cash apps number watch out for these calls people do not give you information

I got the exact same email

I got the same phone message as others. It's is likely a phishing attempt.

Call came listed as 1-800-969-1940 which is Cash App's support number. Phone rang once and a little bit later received a voicemail saying the my Cash App account is blocked which I don't have one and if I want it unblocked to call the number 888-370-5988.

888-370-5988 total scam! Do not take calls!  ***they are calling using cash-app's customer support number!  Cash app never calls customers!

received a call from listed number 1-800-969-1940 that there was suspicious activity on my cash app and I was to call 888-370-5988 to clear it up.  I don't have a cash app account so I know it is a scam. I did not call.

Got the text message on my cell phone to call back this number due to suspicious activity on my Cash App.   I called back from my office land line acting like a confused senior citizen. The Indian accent guy asked if I use that same telephone number for my cash app and I said yes (not true this is my land line) he puts me on hold to "verify" my record and then comes back to tell me that someone tried to put a $600 Bitcoin purchase using my Cash App.  I told him to go F off.....
